Zenith has a contracted capacity of more than 500MW of power generation. With sites currently in construction and several more in the planning stages, we are expanding our capabilities to meet the growing demand for remote renewable energy solutions.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Health Safety and Environment Manager, this full-time HSE Administrator role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and development of Zenith Pacific's HSEQ system. We are seeking a self-motivated person with the interpersonal skills to work within a small team environment and liaise with our wider business.

This position is essential to ensuring that data and information within our HSEQ system are current and available. This role is also responsible for maintaining our business training matrix and coordinating and booking training for the company’s business units.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Administration and data collection of the company’s HSEQ database (STEMS)
  • Organising purchases of HSEQ stores and equipment
  • Collation and publishing of monthly HSEQ reports for the business and clients.
  • Booking training courses for business units
  • Collation of personnel site entry requirements (Drug and Alcohol tests, Medicals, Police clearances)
  • Assistance with internal/external and client HSEQ system audits
  • Travel to Zenith operating sites (including remote sites) as required
  • Liaison with HSEQ team to ensure compliance oversight on HSEQ matters
  • Build and maintain confidentiality in handling records.
  • Formatting and control of HSE and operational-related documents in the ZENDOCS document management system.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with HSEQ database (STEMS, MYOSH or similar).
  • Relevant computer skills.
  • Experience in document management.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Able to build and maintain working relationships.
