About the Role

Zenith Energy is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Contract Administrator reporting to the Project Services Lead - Contracts

The Senior Contract Administrator will primarily assist with project-specific contract administration activities. This role will involve monitoring contractors, reviewing claims, and supporting project execution efforts.

Responsibilities will include:

Assisting in reviewing and drafting the following:

  • Invitation to Tenders.
  • Request for Quotations.
  • Technical documents for procurement purposes (Including scope of work documents).
  • General terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors.
  • Recommendation for award.

Assisting with the following activities:

  • Tender evaluations.
  • Negotiating general terms and conditions, supply agreements, works agreements, and consultancy agreements.
  • Evaluating and processing of contractor or supplier claims.
  • Updating cost control on material changes to the contract/budget.

About You

As the Senior Contract Administrator, you will have the following experience, knowledge, and skills to bring to the role.

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration or procurement within construction management, resource projects, or similar industries in Australia.
  • Knowledge or experience in renewable energy is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong administration skills are essential: organised, thorough, systems-oriented, and attentive to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, or other accounting packages.
  • Familiarity with Pronto or a similar ERP system is desirable.
