About The Role
The Contract Administrator reports to the Project Services Lead and provides commercial and contractual advice and support to the Project Services and Project Development Team.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate all contractual matters to ensure that project costs, claims, and supplier agreements are reported and managed per Zenith’s Project Services Management Plan.
- Initiate, review, analyse, and administer the contract process from the invitation to tender to practical completion.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and clients, to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors while negotiating favorable terms for Zenith.
- Ensure that subcontractors and suppliers fulfill their obligations under the negotiated agreement
What We Need from You
Experience
- At least two years of experience as a Contract Administrator in the mining or construction industries.
- Pronto Accounting software experience would be desirable
Skills/Knowledge
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Highly analytical and organised.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain connections with subcontractors and clients.
Qualifications/Certifications/Clearances
- A degree in Construction Management would be desirable
